Jessica Frattalone, Founder, is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is also a certified and active member of the Professional Ski Instructors of America (PSIA).

Jessica’s fascination with movement started as a young athlete, enduring many years of low-back pain and knee issues. Still an active outdoor sports enthusiast, her fascination has only grown as a parent, in the stands and on the sidelines, watching her two teenage sons navigate their fair share of pain and injury. Yet it is the body’s ability to learn and restore optimal movement and balance, that has fueled her training approach.

Utilizing an integrative and corrective approach to fitness, Jessica is able to help her clients bring balance back to the body, restore functional movement and develop strength that allows the body to, well, work better. Her approach allows clients to reach their goals – from getting balanced to shedding weight or meeting a specific athletic aim – with less pain and a reduced chance of injury. Regardless of where they are on their fitness journey, many end up in awe of their newfound strength and capabilities.

Spend time with Jessica and you’ll be consumed by her infectious positive energy and drive to help others realize their fitness goals. Her unwavering curiosity and keen eye, keeps her on the leading edge of new training methods and techniques. And as you should expect, every program and training session is tailored meticulously to each individual to be fun and highly effective in the near-term, while also improving life-long posture and movement.
